The Black Cat

This story represents two crimes. One crime is the killing of the man's wife, the other is the abuse to the man's many pets. The man abused all his pets except for one that he had a partiality for. It was a cat with one eye named Pluto. He had loathsomeness for all his other pets. The is just one cat. The "two cats" are both missing the same eye and they both make the man not want to abuse them. The second cat was just a chimera. One quote that I like is "I may say an excellently well- constructed house. These walls- are you going gentlemen? These walls are solidly put together." The man was acting suspicious. He was saying how solid his walls were when his wife was in one of the walls. He tipped the police off and they then found his dead wife.

acting suspiciously (adverb); very good vocabulary usage
